Olga Sagan is the sole owner of the nationally renowned Piroshky Piroshky.

Since starting out at the iconic Pike Place Market in 1992, we've been bringing a unique taste of Eastern Europe to the Pacific Northwest! Our Piroshky features traditional flavors with local ingredients for an unforgettable treat.

You may be asking, "What is a piroshky?" It's an Eastern European turnover sandwich that we have put a taste of traditional recipes with an infusion of local flavor locked inside. Available in both sweet and savory, its fillings are as diverse and different as those who make them.

It's not uncommon for piroshky to go directly from the oven into our guests' hands.

For over three decades, Piroshky Piroshky has been providing Seattle's locals and travelers alike with unique experiences through our original recipe for handmade baked goods.
