We collect information directly from you, from non-affiliated entities, and by automated means as set out below. The type of information that we collect from you depends on your particular interaction with our Services, which includes the below information. Analytics and Tracking

We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, java script, and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Site, including Google Analytics. While we do not "sell" your personal information in the standard meaning of that term, a  broad definition of "sale" may include activities arising from common marketing and advertising practices, which allow us to better know and serve our customers. For example, the broad definition of "sale" includes sharing your data with advertising networks for purposes of targeted advertisements. Thus, we may sell your personal information, subject to your right to opt-out of those sales (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Data).

We have implemented safeguards to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared device.

Minors

Our Services are not designed for minors under 16. If we discover that a minor under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will use that information only to respond to that minor to inform them that they cannot use this Site, and will then delete such information from our systems.

Exercising Your Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

To exercise your right to opt out of us tracking your location, you can adjust the settings on your web browser or device.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

The verifiable consumer request must:

·        Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include:

To submit a request as an authorized agent, you must follow the instructions above as well as provide with your request written documentation, such as a valid power of attorney or a letter signed by the individual for whom you are submitting the request, identifying you as the authorized agent.

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date we received your verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy is current as of the Effective Date set forth above. We may change this Policy from time to time, so please be sure to check back periodically. We will post any changes to this Policy on our Site. If we make any changes to this Policy that materially affect our practices regarding the personal information, we have previously collected from you, we will endeavor to provide you with notice in advance of such change, such as via email or prominent notice on the Site.
